One-On-One Personal Training - With a Minimum of 4 Weeks Commitment:
Monday - Wednesday - Friday 7:00AM - 8:00AM or 9:00PM - 10:00PM
Tuesday & Thursday 7:00AM - 8:00AM or 7:00PM - 8:00PM This could be any two days of the week except Saturdays and Sundays If Available.
One-On-One Bodybuilding Training:
6 Weeks Commitment To See Your Transformation 3-5 Sessions a Week
8 Weeks Commitment To See Your Transformation 3-5 Sessions a Week
12 Weeks Commitment To See a Big Change In Your Body 5 Sessions a Week.
This is a serious training and is not going to be easy, come with me and see the results you can achieve with proper training, nutrition, and supplementation.
